Wuhan, April 12, 2024 – The U.S. Consulate General in Wuhan has opened appointment slots for student nonimmigrant visa interviews at its new consulate office. Applicants for F, M, and J study and exchange visas can now make an appointment to interview at the U.S. Consulate General in Wuhan. Appointments are available beginning on May 6, 2024. The Consulate General will announce the opening of interview appointments for other nonimmigrant visa categories at a later date.
Acting U.S. Consul General Forest Yang emphasized that the United States welcomes students and scholars from Central China to study and participate in people-to-people exchange programs in the United States.

Nonimmigrant visa interviews will take place at the U.S. Consulate General Wuhan, Minsheng Bank Building, 396 Xinhua Road, Jianghan District, Wuhan, China, 430015, north entrance. Please note that all visitors must have a confirmed appointment for consular services.
