Thanks for your interest in hiring Chodorow Law Offices to help apply for a China police certificate, also known as a certificate of no criminal conviction (CNCC).

Please fill this questionnaire so we can determine how best to help you and give you a quote.

Before you start:

Gather your passports and other documents that may be needed to apply for the police certificate. See this list. When you’ve finished the questionnaire, we will ask you to provide us scans of the documents.
Find the exact addresses (preferably written in Chinese) for where you lived during the periods you want covered by the police certificate. You may find these addresses on the documents you have collected, or on old leases or correspondence, or you may be able to refresh your memory by browsing Baidu and Google maps. We will rely on you to tell us the periods you want covered by the police certificates and the addresses where you lived during those periods. (Note: We do not need exact addresses from Chinese citizens applying for police certificates for periods they held a family registration booklet.)
