Attorney Gary Chodorow will be a speaker at an upcoming panel discussion at the American Chamber of Commerce-China, “Visas for Training in the U.S.” The event will take place Wed., Oct. 20, at 3:30pm, at AmCham-China’s Beijing conference center.
The panel will discuss the various visa options for how companies can send staff members to the U.S. for training:
B-1 (visitor for business)
J-1 (exchange visitor intern/trainee)
H-3 (trainee)
The speakers will provide an overview of each category before moving on to a panel discussion of hypothetical visa situations and the best route to a successfully issued visa.
