Mr. Chodorow was able to prove to a U.S. consular official that it was impossible for my wife to obtain a Chinese criminal record certificate, so the official waived the requirement. He was the only attorney we could find who was capable of handling our complex case. All other attorneys referred us to him after seeing our case.
