Thanks for your interest in hiring Chodorow Law Offices to help apply for one or more China police certificates, also known as a certificates of no criminal conviction (CNCC).

Please fill this questionnaire so we can determine how best to help you and give you a quote.

Before you start:

Gather your passports and other documents that may be needed to apply for the police certificate. See this list. When you’ve finished the questionnaire, we will ask you to provide us scans of the documents.
Find the exact addresses (preferably written in Chinese) for where you lived during the periods you want covered by the police certificate. You may find these addresses on the documents you have collected, or on old leases or correspondence, or you may be able to refresh your memory by browsing Baidu and Google maps. We will rely on you to tell us those addresses and the periods you lived at each one. (Exception: We do not need exact addresses from Chinese citizens applying for police certificates for periods they held a household registration booklet.)

We will keep your information confidential. We won’t disclose it to the government or others without your consent. We can advise you best if you provide truthful, complete, and accurate information.
