Pictured below is a sample notarial China police certificate (无犯罪记录证明) for submission to Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). It is white, A4-size booklet including the following 5 pages:
- a cover page;
- a copy of the No Criminal Records Certificate (无犯罪记录证明) issued by the public security bureau (in Chinese) with a QR code;
- an English translation of the prior page;
- notary’s certification that the No Criminal Records Certificate from the public security bureau is authentic and that the photocopy included in the booklet is consistent with the original (in Chinese); and
- an English translation of the prior page
A notary will issue this booklet based on review of a police certificate issued by the public security bureau (PSB), but the PSB’s certificate is not included in the notarial booklet.
